Fuchsia Entertainment Sdn Bhd, which shall be referred to by its trade name “Bagsinthecity”, welcomes you to the Bagsinthecity web site available at and under the domain name “Bagsinthecity.com.my” and any other such or successor domain names that Bagsinthecity may make available operate, acquire or use from time to time (this "Site"). These Terms and Conditions shall be referred to as “this Agreement”. |

“Services”: Bagsinthecity offers a service which allows you to select a bag (handbag or otherwise) or accessory of your choice (the “Products”) (subject to availability) and allowing you to rent the Product item of your choice for a period of time or purchase the Product, provided that you are in compliance with this Agreement especially making the necessary payment(s) on time. |

3) |
Terms of Acceptance |
3.1 |
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the Services, your use of this Site and your access to and use of the information, content and services. By accessing or using this Site, you accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time, and agree to all operating rules and/or policies of Bagsinthecity that may be published by Bagsinthecity. You are required to periodically read this Agreement to be aware of your rights and obligations for use of the Services. |

3.2 |
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site or the Service. If you are not at least 18 years of age, you must not access or use the Site or Service. |
|
|
4) |
Revisions to this Agreement |
4.1 |
Bagsinthecity reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, to update, revise, supplement and to otherwise modify this Agreement and to impose new or additional rules, policies, terms or conditions on the use of the Services or this Site. Such updates, revisions, supplements, modifications and additional rules, polices, terms and conditions (collectively referred to in this Agreement as "Additional Terms") shall be effective immediately and incorporated into this Agreement upon notice thereof, which may be given by any reasonable means including by posting to this Site or the websites of Bagsinthecity related or affiliated entities. Your continued use of the Service or this Site following such notice shall be deemed to conclusively indicate your acceptance of any and all such Additional Terms. All Additional Terms are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. |

5) |
Fees and Payment |
5.1 |
Payment by you for rental or purchase of a Product will be way of credit card deductions. You must ensure that your name as appearing in your identification document (e.g. National Registration Identification Card) is the same as the name appearing in the credit card used by you for payment for the Service. |
|
|
5.2 |
You will provide your credit card details as instructed on the Bagsinthecity Site and authorise Bagsinthecity and/or through its authorised payment portal to implement weekly automated autodebit payments for rental of a Product and/or debit such an amount from your applicable credit card in the event of purchase of a Product and/or such further deductions in accordance with the terms set out herein, including deductions for circumstances set out in clause 6 below. |

5.3 |
You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Services. If applicable, for any payments due to Bagsinthecity, Bagsinthecity may charge a late fee equal to the lesser of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum amount permitted by law on unpaid balances if your account becomes past due. You shall also be responsible for collection costs, including legal expenses, incurred by Bagsinthecity to obtain payment from you. |

5.4 |
In the event you cancel the weekly autodebit payments from your applicable credit card account or reports a genuine transaction as fraudulent or suspicious to your credit card issuing bank, such an act will be construed as a material breach of this Agreement and entitles Bagsinthecity to consider the Product to be sold to you. In such a circumstance, Bagsinthecity is authorised by you to effect, enable or make deductions from your credit card as payment of the purchase price of the Product, and should there be any problems in effecting, enabling or making the said deductions from your credit card, including insufficient credit as extended to you by your credit card issuing bank, you shall pay the outstanding and/or additional amount immediately. The purchase price and/or any outstanding and/or additional amount payable to Bagsinthecity in this Clause is accepted and recognized by you as a debt to Bagsinthecity and any failure to make payment is a breach of contract, allowing Bagsinthecity to pursue legal proceedings against you. |

6) |
Rental Period and Recurrent Payment |
6.1 |
The Products at Bagsinthecity are leased on a weekly basis. The opening hours for Bagsinthecity: Mondays to Fridays, from 9a.m. to 6p.m. We will be closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national public holidays. Days when Bagsinthecity will be open which excludes Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays shall be referred to as “Business Days”. |

6.2 |
Subject to the clauses set out below, your weekly rental commences from the time rental order is confirmed by Bagsinthecity. Upon such confirmation, you will be charged for the 1st rental week (rental charges will vary depending on the Product being rented, you are required to check the most current rental rates as listed on the Site) plus the applicable delivery charge (only applicable if you opt for delivery instead of self-collection). |
|
|
6.3 |
A rental week will be 7 calendar days, including Saturdays, Sundays and national public holidays. For instance, if your rental order was confirmed at 5p.m. on a Thursday, the rental week will expire at exactly 5p.m. the following Thursday. Any time after the expiry of a particular rental week will be the commencement of subsequent rental week and you will be charged automatically accordingly for the whole of the said subsequent week. Such an arrangement will continue until your Product is returned to Bagsinthecity during our opening hours on Business Days mentioned above. |

Weekend Orders: In the event any order placed by you is only confirmed during the period between 1p.m. on a Friday and 9a.m. on a Monday, this shall be deemed to be a Weekend Order and will only take effect as an order placed and confirmed on Monday at 9a.m. In the premises, the rental week will commence on Monday 9a.m. |

On the eve of any national public holiday, similar rule will apply, that is: |

|
i. |
On the eve of a national public holiday, the cut-off time will be 1p.m. |
| |
|
ii. |
Any orders confirmed prior to the cut-off time will be deemed as commencing on the said eve of national public holiday; and any orders confirmed after 1p.m. will be deemed to commence at 9a.m. on the first Business Day when Bagsinthecity resumes its opening hours. |
|
|
6.4 |
Eve of weekend or national public holiday: For any order confirmed by us before 1p.m. on a Business Day Friday or a Business Day which happens to be on the eve of a national public holiday (the “Last Business Day”), the rental week will commence on the said Last Business Day. To avoid disappointment, you are required to self-collect your Product before 6p.m. on that Last Business Day. After 6p.m. Bagsinthecity will be closed for the weekend and/or the national public holiday and will only resume its opening hours at 9a.m on the next Business Day. Any request for delivery will only take place from the said next Business Day. However, for the purpose of payment, the rental week had commenced on the said Last Business Day. |

6.5 |
You hereby agree that in the event you do not intend to extend the rental period or wish to end the use of the Services without incurring or paying the ongoing weekly rent, you have the responsibility to personally return the Product on a Business Day to Bagsinthecity’s designated address prior to the expiry of current rental week or inform Bagsinthecity to collect the Product at least 2 Business Days prior to the expiry of the current rental week provided that Bagsinthecity is agreeable to collect the Product at the location suggested by you and that you are personally present when Bagsinthecity executes the collection. Failure by you to do so entitles (which you agree) Bagsinthecity to proceed to deduct from your credit card account another payment of weekly rental. |

6.6 |
Option to purchase: |

a. |
In the event of participating in the Service, you are keen to purchase any Product, you can do so by notifying Bagsinthecity and complying with the terms set out herein and the instructions on the Bagsinthecity. For the avoidance of doubt, any sale of a Product shall be at the absolute discretion of Bagsinthecity. Therefore, any request for the purchase of a Product by you shall not be binding on Bagsinthecity. Bagsinthecity has the discretion whether to accept your request for purchase or to decline. |

b. |
You are required to rent a Product for at least 1 week before you are permitted to make a request for the purchase of the said rented Product. The purchase price will be adjusted accordingly by Bagsinthecity by taking into account, amongst others, the number of rental weeks you had rented the said Product, whether you have any outstanding amount owing to Bagsinthecity, related and ancillary expenses such as cost of delivery, administrative charges or the like. |

c. |
In circumstances where your request to purchase is approved, Bagsinthecity is then authorised by you to effect, enable or make deductions from your credit card as payment of the purchase price of the Product, and should there be any problems in effecting, enabling or making the said deductions from your credit card, including insufficient credit as extended to you by your credit card issuing bank, you shall pay the outstanding and/or additional amount immediately. The purchase price and/or any outstanding and/or additional amount payable to Bagsinthecity in this Clause is accepted and recognized by you as a debt to Bagsinthecity and any failure to make payment is a breach of contract, allowing Bagsinthecity to pursue legal proceedings against you. |

|
6.7 |
Others matters concerning the Services and your options are further explained in the Bagsinthecity’s Site and you are advised to read these carefully prior to confirming your order for the rental or purchase of any Product. These matters include, amongst others, delivery charges, acceptable delivery hours and manner of returning a Product. |
|
|
7) |
Delivery |
7.1 |
Upon satisfying the requirement of registration and provided that there are no reasons by Bagsinthecity to exclude or reject your application for use of the Services, you can choose the method of receiving the Product of your choice, which can be by way of self-collection at a designated address as informed to you by Bagsinthecity or the Product can be delivered to your location, subject to clauses contained herein. You are to contact Bagsinthecity by telephone or email to schedule a mutually suitable time to collect the Product from Bagsinthecity or to accept delivery. |
|
|
7.2 |
For delivery to your location, additional charges will be incurred that you are required to pay prior to the delivery and such charges are non refundable, regardless of your decision whether to accept the Product upon carrying out inspection of the same at the time of delivery. In the event Bagsinthecity were to make delivery to your designated location during the scheduled time, but you are unable to accept delivery for whatever reason, there shall be no refund of the delivery charges. Any subsequent attempt to make delivery will be charged separately and shall be deemed as a new delivery request. |
|
|
7.3 |
Bagsinthecity does not deliver to all locations, and should you decide to opt for delivery to your address, you are advised to contact Bagsinthecity to confirm whether the delivery option is available to your designated address. |
|
|
7.4 |
Bagsinthecity has the absolute discretion to refuse delivery without providing any reason. In which case, you will be required to collect the Product from Bagsinthecity at a scheduled time and place. |
|
|
7.5 |
In either circumstances, namely self collection or delivery of the Product, Bagsinthecity requires you to personally collect or accept delivery of the Product. Personal collection or acceptance of delivery through your agent or proxy, including a relative, friend or maid, will not be accepted. |
|
|
8) |
Inspection and Credit Card Details |
8.1 |
At the point of either self collection or delivery of a rented Product, you will be required to identify yourself by providing sufficient identification documentation, which primarily will be the National Registration Identification Card (or if you are not a citizen of Malaysia, a passport) and the actual credit card as used or indicated by you when you signed up for the Service. Should you fail to produce all three items as mentioned herein, you are not eligible to collect or take delivery of the Product; and any expenses incurred by Bagsinthecity shall be borne by you, including authorizing Bagsinthecity to effect, enable or make deductions for such expenses from your credit card. |
|
|
8.2 |
You will be given an opportunity to inspect the rented Product. Such an inspection shall not exceed 15 minutes. |
|
|
8.3 |
Upon the conclusion of the said inspection and should you still wish to rent the Product in question, you will be required to provide all necessary information and fill up the Acceptance of Product Notification form, including providing Bagsinthecity your credit card details (similar to the details that you had initially provided in the Bagsinthecity’s Site or its authorised payment portal when registering for the Service for the rental of a Product or other available services) signifying that you are authorizing Bagsinthecity to deduct from your credit card such payments for purposes outlined in this Agreement, and other details as set out in the form. You will be required to sign on the said Acceptance of Product Notification form to indicate that you have inspected the Product and found it to be satisfactory. |
|
|
8.4 |
In the event you are not satisfied with the condition of the rented Product at the end of the said inspection provided that you give clear reasons for your non-satisfaction (as opposed to reasons that are vague, unjustified or unsupported) which requires you to indicate in a clear manner the visible defect in the Product, the 1st week rental sum that was charged to your credit card and possibly subsequent rental weeks (in circumstances where delivery was delayed due to the member providing inaccurate, incorrect or vague information) will be refunded to you, either in cash, cheque or transfer into your designated bank account in Malaysia. The delivery charges will always remain non refundable. (“Rented Product Refund”), however, once the member has signed the Acceptance of Product Notification, the Rented Product Refund will not be applicable. |
|
|
8.5 |
Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary, |
| |
a. |
delivery charges, whether for rented Products or Products for sale, will always remain non-refundable; |
| |
b. |
where the Product in question involves a Product ordered for purchase by a member, in such circumstances: |
| |
|
i. |
the preceding clauses on inspection or Rented Product Refund shall NOT be applicable; |
| |
|
ii. |
the member is not entitled to exchange the said Product with another Product. |
| |
c. |
Once a member has placed an order, whether to rent or purchase a Product, no cancellation is allowed. The member agrees and acknowledges that by placing such an order, Bagsinthecity will be incurring costs in procuring or acquiring the ordered Product and as such, all charges incurred amount to a debt to Bagsinthecity. |
| |
d. |
In the event the Product is affixed with a security feature, e.g. barcode security tag, and such a security feature is tampered with (based on the inspection by Bagsinthecity), the Product will be deemed sold and the terms governing sale of a Product (as previously rented) stated herein will apply accordingly. |
|
|
|
Lost/Damaged Products |
9.1 |
You hereby agree that in the event: |
| |
a. |
the Product is lost or stolen; or |
| |
b. |
the Product is returned in a condition that exceeds normal wear and tear; or |
| |
c. |
the Product is damaged, defaced or in a condition that is less than satisfactory when compared to its condition from the commencement of the rental to you; or |
| |
d. |
the Product is suspected by Bagsinthecity to be a fake, imitation or anything other than the Product that was collected or accepted by the member; or |
| |
e. |
You fail, refuse or neglect to make rental payment(s), either due to insufficient credit in your credit card or for some other reason; |
|
Bagsinthecity is then authorised by you to effect, enable or make deductions from your credit card as replacement cost applicable to such Product, which in some circumstances at the final determination and assessment of Bagsinthecity could amount to the total value of the Product, and should there be any problems in effecting, enabling or making the said deductions from your credit card, including insufficient credit as extended to you by your credit card issuing bank, you shall pay the outstanding and/or additional amount immediately. The purchase price and/or any outstanding and/or additional amount payable to Bagsinthecity in this Clause is accepted and recognized by you as a debt to Bagsinthecity and any failure to make payment is a breach of contract, allowing Bagsinthecity to pursue legal proceedings against you. |
| |
|
9.2 |
You have the sole responsibility to care for and look after the Product. In the event the Product is destroyed, damaged, stolen or lost, the risk and liability lies entirely with you and you will be liable to Bagsinthecity for the price of the Product. Bagsinthecity is authorised to deduct the price of the Product by charging to your credit card in a manner similar to that set out in the preceding clause, for any cost of repair or replacement and in the event it is insufficient, you are under an obligation to pay the additional amount immediately. The additional amount payable to Bagsinthecity is accepted and recognized by you as a debt to Bagsinthecity. Should there be any problems in effecting, enabling or making deductions from your credit card, including insufficient credit as extended to you by your credit card issuing bank, you shall pay the outstanding and/or additional amount immediately. The purchase price and/or any outstanding and/or additional amount payable to Bagsinthecity in this Clause is accepted and recognized by you as a debt to Bagsinthecity and any failure to make payment is a breach of contract, allowing Bagsinthecity to pursue legal proceedings against you. |
|
|
9.3 |
Each Product is subject to its own individually priced replacement fee, which will be set by Bagsinthecity, in its sole discretion. In the event Bagsinthecity determines, in its sole discretion, that the relevant Product is capable of being repaired or restored to its original condition (fair wear and tear excepted), Bagsinthecity may deduct a lesser amount from your credit card (in a manner similar to that as set out in the preceding clauses 9.1 and 9.2) in place of the applicable replacement fee. |
|
|
9.4 |
You understand and authorize Bagsinthecity to utilize the collected credit card details (as provided by you in the Acceptance of Product Notification form) in such manner as set out herein and in accordance with your authorization, you hereby waive and relinquish all rights to raise objections (to the furthest extent permitted by law) in circumstances when Bagsinthecity proceeds to effect, enable or use your credit card details in accordance with this Agreement. |
|
|
10) |
Termination and Consequences |
10.1 |
You agree that Bagsinthecity, in its sole discretion, may terminate your membership including your use of the password or the Service or the Site, and remove and discard any of your comments from the Site, for any reason including for lack of use or if Bagsinthecityis of the view that you have violated or acted inconsistently with this Agreement or breached any of the terms contained herein. |
|
|
10.2 |
Bagsinthecity may, in its sole discretion and at any time, discontinue providing the Service or the Site, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service or the Site may be effected without prior notice, and you acknowledge and agree that Bagsinthecity may immediately suspend, deactivate or delete your membership and all related information made pursuant to your membership and bar any further access to such information or to the Site. Further, you agree that Bagsinthecity will not be liable to you or any third-party for any suspension or termination of the Service or your access to the Site. |
|
|
10.3 |
Liquidated Damages |
| |
a. |
Bagsinthecity spends significant internal resources on its efforts to reduce and recover losses flowing from customer non-payments, from the theft and/or wrongful retention of its Products, and from other improper, negligent or fraudulent acts. Because the amount of these internal losses are extremely difficult to calculate, you agree that Bagsinthecity is also entitled to collect liquidated damages, in addition to its actual or direct damages, if Bagsinthecity commences collection or legal action to recover any amounts due from you, and/or to recover property wrongfully retained by you. |

b. |
In all cases, the liquidated damages will consist of a RM500 per-item charge for each Product or item that remains unpaid and/or unreturned at the time that Bagsinthecity commences collection or legal action, which sum is intended to compensate for the expenditure of Bagsinthecity’s internal resources as a result of your breach of contract, fraud or other wrongful or negligent acts. |

c. |
You understand and agree that the liquidated damages of (i) RM500 per item are not a penalty, but instead are reasonable and necessary estimates of the sums needed to compensate Bagsinthecity for the loss of its internal resources and for the loss of its future rental income. |
|
|
10.4 |
Legal Fees, Costs and Interest. If Bagsinthecity commences litigation to recover its property from you, to recover debts, actual damages and/or to recover liquidated damages, you agree that the prevailing party will be entitled to recover its reasonable solicitors’ fees and expenses of litigation. You further agree that Bagsinthecity will be entitled to recover interest on its debt and/or damages at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of default to the date of judgment. |

|
10.5 |
Reservation of Rights. Bagsinthecity expressly reserves its right to seek additional elements of damages or remedies at law or equity other than those expressly identified above. |
|
|
11) |
Registration on Bagsinthecity |
11.1 |
Accurate Information: You agree to – |

a. |
provide current, complete and accurate information as required to complete the registration form and at other points as may be required; and |
| |
b. |
maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete, and accurate to become and to remain a registered user of the Services and this Site. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If at any point in time, Bagsinthecity has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Bagsinthecity has the right to suspend or terminate your account, refuse any and all current or future use of the Services or this Site, and pursue any appropriate action, legal or otherwise. |

c. |
Account Passwords: As a registered user, you will receive one user password and account. Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password and account is solely your responsibility. You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur on or through your account. You agree that Bagsinthecity will not be responsible for any losses incurred in connection with any misuse of passwords. If Bagsinthecity has reasonable grounds to suspect that the security of your password has been compromised, Bagsinthecity has the right to suspend or terminate your account, refuse any and all current or future use of the Services, and pursue any appropriate legal remedies. |

d. |
You Are Responsible For All of Your Activities and All of The Content You Post: You are responsible for your communication content and transmissions. You represent and warrant that any information you post or provide to Bagsinthecity by means of this Site, including, without limitation, as part of any registration or application or to gain access to any Services, is true, accurate, not misleading and offered in good faith. Any information disclosed to you via the Services including, without limitation, any content in any personalized areas of this Site, may be used only for its intended purpose. Bagsinthecity expects that you will exercise caution, good sense and proper judgment in using the Services. |

11.2 |
Privacy: Any personally identifiable data about you which is collected by Bagsinthecity from you on the Site is subject to the privacy policy that is applicable to the Site. For more information, click on this PRIVACY and carefully review the applicable privacy policy. |

12) |
No Warranties or Representations |
12.1 |
You understand and agree that Bagsinthecity is merely providing the Services involving the Products which are acquired or obtained from another source. Bagsinthecity does not make any warranties or representations in relation to the merchantability, quality, fitness for a particular purpose or other aspects of the Products. Each Product is rented to you on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. Bagsinthecity is not affiliated, connected with or related to the owners or manufacturers of the Products found on the Site. |

12.2 |
You access and use the Services at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or non-misappropriation of intellectual property rights of a third party. |

|
13) |
Limitation of Liability |
13.1 |
To the furthest extent permitted by law, you expressly understand and agree that Bagsinthecity shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way related to this Agreement or the use of any or all of the Services, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses. |

13.2 |
To the furthest extent permitted by law, Bagsinthecity makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the Service, Products provided with or sold by the Service, the Site, or any contents therein. Bagsinthecity assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in providing the Service or in the content of the Site, any failures, delays, or interruptions in the delivery of the Products. |

14) |
Indemnity of Bagsinthecity |
14.1 |
You agree to indemnify and hold Bagsinthecity (including without limitation our agents, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, parent and affiliated companies) harmless, and, at Bagsinthecity’s request, to defend Bagsinthecity from and against any claim, demand, cause of action, debt, loss or liability, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, to the extent that such action is based upon, arises out of, or relates to: (a) your violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement; (b) the infringement by you, or any other person using your password and account, of any right of any person or entity; or (c) any other of your activities relating to your use of the Service or this Site. This indemnity shall be in addition to and not limited by any other indemnity. |

Compliance with Laws |
15.1 |
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. The Services are subject to, and you agree that you shall at all times comply with, all applicable local laws, statutes, rules, regulations and the like applicable to the use of the Services. You understand that certain Services on this Site may include materials and information from third parties, and you acknowledge and agree that Bagsinthecity has minimal control over such information. Accordingly, Bagsinthecity cannot and does not guarantee, represent or warrant that the content contained in this Site is accurate, appropriate to you, and/or inoffensive. |

Intellectual Property Rights |

Formal notice of copyright ownership appears on the website. All rights reserved. The copyright laws of Malaysia and any applicable international laws or treaties protect all images, text, programs and other materials found on the Site (the “Site Materials”). |

Fuchsia Entertainment Sdn Bhd owns the trade marks, which include the use of the words/expressions: “Bagsinthecity”, “Bags in the city”, “Bagsinthecity.com.my” and “Fuchsia”. Names, logos and other marks identifying Bagsinthecity’s trade or Service are also proprietary to Fuchsia Entertainment Sdn Bhd. Any trademarks or service marks not owned by Bagsinthecity that appear on the Site are the property of their respective owners. |
16.3 |
Any commercial use of any of the Site Materials is prohibited without the express written consent of Bagsinthecity. You agree not to change or delete any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices frorn materials displayed on or downloaded frorn the Site, and acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Site or the Site Materials. No material, including, but not limited to, the material listed above, should be reproduced or used without our express written permission. |

Bagsinthecity‘s failure to act in a particular circumstance does not waive its ability to act with respect to that circumstance or similar circumstances. By using the Site or the Service, you hereby give your consent to receiving electronic communications from Bagsinthecity. These communications will include notices about your account and information concerning or related to the Service. You agree that any notice, agreements, disclosure or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing. Bagsinthecity is excused from any failure to perform to the extent that its performance is prevented by any reason outside of its control. This Agreement comprises the entire agreement between you and Bagsinthecity and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. |

All applicable local, city, and state taxes are your responsibility. You agree to pay these taxes. |

Under no circumstances will the title to the Product transfer to the member unless the member has successfully made a purchase of the Product and all monies owing to Bagsinthecity have been duly paid and received by Bagsinthecity with nothing outstanding in the accounts of Bagsinthecity. |

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Malaysia. |
